Cris has been strength training since 2016 and built her foundation through powerlifting, bodybuilding, and athletic performance training. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from California State University, Fullerton, and is passionate about helping people get stronger while learning how to train with purpose.

 

She’s competed in bodybuilding and understands firsthand the discipline, consistency, and work it takes to build muscle and improve performance. That experience shapes the way she coaches focusing on progressive strength, strong mechanics, and training that translates to real results.

 

Cris has also spent time working alongside licensed physical therapists in multiple clinics, which influences how she approaches movement and injury resilience. Her coaching style blends strength training with a deeper understanding of how the body moves and adapts.
