Program Description

Full Body Friday delivers a 45-minute total-body workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mindset. This energizing class blends multi-joint strength movements, fast-paced cardio segments, and targeted core training to keep you moving with purpose from start to finish.


Held in our welcoming Westminster studio near Goldenwest College, each session is scalable for all fitness levels and led by supportive, knowledgeable coaches. Whether you’re looking to boost muscle tone, improve conditioning, or simply end your week feeling accomplished, this class sets the tone for a strong weekend ahead.
