Program Description

Booty Builder at Team West Fitness is a 45-minute athletic session designed to build stronger, more explosive glutes through purposeful lower-body training. This targeted class combines strength-based lifts, hip-driven plyometric drills, and functional movement patterns to elevate both performance and muscle control.


Each workout includes progressions to support all fitness levels, helping improve balance, enhance mobility, and develop real power from the ground up. Whether you’re from Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, or right here in Westminster, our inclusive, trainer-led sessions will help you build power where it counts.
